Where We Invest & Lend
Our roots in real estate began in 2016 as investors and operators. In 2023, we originated our first private loan in Kentucky after seeing firsthand the need for capital that was faster, more flexible, and more personal than traditional financing.
Since then, we have expanded selectively into markets where we understand the real estate and see opportunities to build lasting relationships with great borrowers.
That selectivity allows us to stay close to every transaction, make decisions quickly, and provide the hands-on lending experience we believe great borrowers deserve.
